News

The Lyme Center set up an information center in the Horseshoe Lake parking lot of Upper Bidwell Park to inform hikers starting out on the trail about the dangers of tick bite and how to protect themselves.  Tick season is now during the green, wet season in Butte County.  Watch for the bright green and yellow canopy.  Come by and spray your pantlegs with complimentary Deet containing repellent before you hit the trail.
